Item Description
Euclase is not often found in big gemmy crystals, and good gem material is rarely available from any locality. This attractive rough and cut set hosts a good gem quality very pale yellow monoclinic crystal of Euclase with a large transparent section. The crystal is not 100% damage free, as it has a bit of chipping and it cleaved on one side. The accompanying stone has a very pale color with a greenish-yellow overtone. The "Oval Brilliant" cut makes it really sparkle, which combined with the nearly eye clean clarity makes for a really attractive and affordable rough and cut set. Valued at $650.
