Item Description
The Ojuela Mine has produced 139 mineral species, but certain minerals like Adamite are definitely among the most well-known. Some of the finest Adamites in the world have come from this mine. This particular specimen features a 3.5 cm wide group comprising very sharp, highly lustrous, yellow-green crystals of Adamite aesthetically sitting on Limonite matrix. The display side of the piece is damage free, but the top back edge has a separation mark where the piece was removed from the pocket wall. This is a showy miniature size specimen of this classic material. Priced at $950 in the inventory.
