Item Description

Scintillating and gemmy, these 1-2 mm, sea-foam green Cuprian Adamite crystals are from the famed locality of Mina Ojuela. The Adamites cover much of the gossan matrix, and the contrasts in color and texture create quite a lovely aesthetic. This is one of the prettier of the large plates of this material I have seen from Mina Ojuela of this particular style (although it does occur in other styles with larger crystals), and it is likely from the well-known 2008 finds there.
