Item Description
This is a lovely small miniature sized piece featuring vivid blue-green colored semi-spherical aggregates of Adamite (var: Copper-bearing) on matrix from the ancient Hilarion Mine in Lavrion, Greece. It's amazing what a little copper can do, or in the case of this piece, a decent amount of copper, as it has some of the strongest blue-green color you'll see for the species. The piece is best viewed under magnification, and we've photographed it with a Canon MP-E 65 mm macro lens to better illustrate the quality.
