Item Description

Fine clusters of mint-green Cuprian Adamite crystals from a rare and small find before 2010, in Guangxi, southern China. The well-formed, terminated crystals grow in a tight radial pattern, with the largest of these attractive clusters being about 7 mm. In one instance, the opposing clusters form an aesthetic, 1.1 cm bowtie that perfectly reveals the interesting and typical growth pattern. The light green color of the Adamites pleasantly contrasts the gossan matrix, and the soft, pastel-green fluorescence adds even more to the piece. Extremely rare on market today.
