Aegirine (Madrid Coll.)

Item Description

A sculptural tapered cluster of highly lustrous tapered prisms dramatically accented with a 4.0 cm terminated sidecar crystal. The top terminations are all there, with some being complex and the main crystal being unusually etched (that may be arfvedsonite growing out at the tips). Complete all-around, contacting on part of the back and at a spot near the termination are out-of-sight in the fine display views. Stout prisms, such as this came from the early to mid-2000s find.
