Item Description
Textbook sharp, lustrous, elongated, flesh ivory-colored pericline crystals form an impressive large cabinet specimen from the famous Acushnet (Warren Brothers) Quarry of Massachusetts. The large "thumb" pericline crystal is 4.5 cm, as is the upright spearpoint on the side. This is a striking, two-sided crust, as the back is covered with smaller, flesh-colored orthoclase crystals. Classic, yet uncommon feldspar combination material from this locale from the Schlichter Collection. Valued at $150.
