A classic example of the famous Jackson Crossroads Amethysts featuring a sharp, well-formed, lustrous, "stubby" crystal of Amethyst beautifully perched atop matrix. The crystal measures 2.1 cm. The termination shows a beautiful purple hue with a much lighter liilac tone in the center. The crystal is translucent when backlit, and and the piece is essentially damage free on the display side, though contacted on the back. Classic material from one of the premier Amethyst localities in the world.
