Item Description

A cool "Fenster" Amethyst specimen from an obscure location in Pakistan. The piece features a predominant, sharp, lustrous, gemmy, lilac color, skeletal or "Fenster" habit Amethyst crystal which is surrounded by a few simple prisms and somewhat scepter-like crystals of Amethyst which are included by micro, bright red, "needle" and "disc"-shaped Hematite/Goethite crystals. I have photographed the Hematite/Goethite crystals under the microscope to better illustrate their quality. The specimen came originally from Mountain Minerals International, so the locality is certainly verified.
