Item Description

Analcime is a well-known zeolite species, but it's rarely found in gem quality material. Even when transparent Analcime is found, the stones are typically smaller. We've had a few Analcime gems to offer over the years, form places like Russia and Australia, but THIS stone is the ONLY example we've ever had from Colorado. It hails from North Table Mountain (an old Dana locality), known for producing many zeolite species, but rarely in gem quality material. This stone has an "Oval" cut, and it's colorless with some slight visible inclusions, which is more than forgivable for the rarity of the material. If you collect rare gems or rare locality stones, this is something that is virtually impossible to find on the market, so don't miss this chance to get your hands on this incredibly rare locality gem.
