Anatase (ex Kay Robertson Collection)

Item Description

A sharp, well-formed, gemmy crystals of golden Anatase from an undisclosed locality in Minas Gerais. The crystal is complete all around and really looks nice up close. Good quality and rare from the standpoint of the fact that it's a GEMMY Anatase crystal from Brazil, as the vast majority of them are opaque. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#9183). Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Welt" November-December 2017).
