Item Description
Large, 4.7 cm Andradite dodecahedron from Afghanistan. The crystal, which is contacted on one side, has very good luster and an attractive, deep, clove-brown color that lets a little of the translucence show along the edges. A good example of the well-known Andradites from this mountainous region. Last purchased for $180.
