Apophyllite with Stilbite (ex Larry Conklin)

A classic, display specimen featuring sharp, gemmy, very pale green to colorless Apophyllite crystals with peach colored Stilbite on matrix. The piece is in good shape overall and the displayability is certainly above average. The largest Apophyllite crystal measures 4.6 cm. Indian Zeolites and associated minerals may still be fairly common on the market, but you cannot deny the fact that they are colorful, attractive, highly displayable and several of them are the finest examples of their respective species extant! This piece comes with a label from recently deceased mineral dealer, Larry Conklin of New York City.
