Item Description
Arsenohauchecornite is an ultra-rare Ni-Bi-As sulfosalt (3 localities worldwide - MINDAT) and this famous Canadian mine is the Type Locality. Irregular masses and microcrystals of bronze-metallic arsenohauchecornite are noted on three sides of the thumbnail matrix. A couple of chalcopyrites are also noted. This is a rich example of this rarity.
