Item Description

An excellent and very showy CABINET combination plate richly and aesthetically covered with lustrous atacamite crystal pinwheels and two colors of drusy chrysocolla. The scintillating, gemmy, dark emerald-green radiating blades nicely compliment the two-toned, turquoise-blue and green, chrysocolla on this very showy piece from the Type Locality region - the La Farola Mine in the Atacama Region of Chile. There may even be some dioptase micrccrystals on this piece. This is an very fine example of this copper chloride species in combination with chrysocolla and well-known locale. It's in excellent shape.
