A 360-degree SUPERB and super-rich specimen of fan-like clusters of lustrous, bladed yellow-green autunite from the famous Daybreak Mine of Washington. These specimens were mined in the 1960s. Every rotation provides a strikingly different perspecitve to this exceptional miniature. This specimen is of the highest quality and is nearly pristine, with only a trivial bit of contacting on one end. This is the CLASSIC US mineral and locality for a radioactive, AND the specimen happens to be extremely competitive in aesthetics and quality as well. Ex Kay Robertson Collection # 4833 and acquired at the 1966 MSSC Show from Plummer's Minerals.
