Item Description

A very aesthetic thumbnail specimen of Azurite from the famous Milpillas Mine. This piece features fine quality, sharp, rather lustrous, deep blue, bladed crystals of Azurite measuring up to 1.8 cm sitting smartly on matrix forming a lovely overall specimen. The crystals are slightly gemmy near the edges when backlit. Great quality overall, and I can't see any damage on the display side. You can see how showy it is from the photos, and now we're told that the oxidized zone is finished, so there may not be any more of these specimens from Milpillas again.
