The rather bland exterior of these sliced azurite nodules gives no hint of the internal beauty! Alternating bands of royal-blue and navy-blue azurite highlight this striking, colorful and dramatic sliced and polished pair of azurite nodules from this now well-known mine, which produced some of the world's finest cuprite and copper specimens. Not a matched pair, but of similar size. The impressive and dramatically different growth fractures accentuate the sculptural interiors.
