A rich and sculptural azurite specimen from famed Touissit and the Sanabria Collection. The classic azurites have very high lustre and are well-striated, typical of Touissit specimens. The striking 4.0 x 3.0 spray of terminated crystals on the right side with the impressive large 3.3 cm terminated adjacent crystal dominate this fine piece. Many of the azurites have patches of electric-blue color under bright light, adding pizzazz. Scattered patches of malachite are a fine contrast and accessory and the hefty matrix is granular galena. In excellent shape, overall, with very few broken crystals in the interior. Classic, very showy and rich azurite on galena. valued $1500-2000
