Azurite with Malachite

Desirable "electric-blue" flashes highlight the lustrous, sharp, midnight-blue, azurite blades richly and attractively set in the mounded sulfide matrix on this showy and excellent specimen from the famous and now-closed Tsumeb Mine. One azurite is partially pseudoed with sparkly, bright green malachite. A bit of rubbing and contacting is noted, but this remains a highly representative example of this sought-after Tsumeb azurite varietal. Classic, older material.
