Item Description
A classic old Aqua crystal from a few decades ago from the Klein Spitzkopje area in Namibia, pre-dating the contemporary material from the Erongo Mountains. The piece features a rather sharp, highly lustrous, hexagonal prismatic crystal which ranges from deep saturated blue tones at the base to WATER-CLEAR transparency at the termination with a lighter blue color. The termination is glassy and well-formed with little pyramidal modifying faces that are best seen up close. A gorgeous piece of this old classic material, worthy of adding to any gem crystal collection or a suite of Namibian minerals. Specimen weight is 15.6 grams. Valued $1,500.
