Item Description

An elegant specimen featuring a gorgeous blue Aquamarine nestled in a matrix of Feldspar and Schorl. The highly lustrous Aqua is 3.8 x 2.2 cm, and it has a flat, glassy termination that is remarkably gemmy. The main Schorl crystal, for which Erongo is also famous, is 3.8 x 3.1 cm. The etched, tabular Feldspars reach up to nearly 4 cm, and they are highly fluorescent. This particular style for the Erongo Aquas is one of my favorites, as the Aqua is just about perfect in its form and presentation. The sculptural matrix is a real bonus and is so elegant!
