Item Description

Lustrous and translucent, color-zoned fluorite cubes to 2.8 cm are aesthetically clustered and stacked on the drusy quartz matrix from this obscure locale near the famous Mina Ojuela. The cubes have matte stepped-growth faces with darker purple, edge phantoms. They look like classic Elmwood fluorites, but are not! All of the many cubes are pristine, except for the periphery wear. A fine, large specimen from this less well-known locale. From the noted Mexico collection of Jason New.
