Item Description

Lustrous and translucent, color-zoned fluorite cubes to 2.5 cm are aesthetically clustered on either side of the 3-dimensional matrix and nicely separated by the field of sparkly starbursts of drusy quartz crystals from this obscure locale near the famous Mina Ojuela. The cubes have intense, stepped-growth faces, giving a flashy, scintiallating look and classic, darker purple, edge phantoms. They look like classic Elmwood fluorites, but are not! All of the cubes are pristine, except for the periphery wear. A very fine, large and uncommon combination specimen from this less well-known locale. From the noted Mexico collection of Jason New: one of the two larger pieces we got in that collection lot
