Boleite is one of the great classics from Mexico. This excellent and sculptural matrix small cabinet hosts three aesthetically placed, bright teal-blue to deep indigo-blue, boleite cubes with mirror luster faces on stabilized clay matrix from the famous 1970s finds by Ed Swoboda and Bill Larson at the historic Amelia Mine at Boleo, Mexico. The dramatically placed cube at the top is 8 mm on all sides and is repaired. Certainly acceptable in the context of this fine and desirable rarity. A classic and choice larger matrix specimen.
