Item Description
Botryoidal fluorite is rare worldwide and is very uncommon from this famous French fluorite mine, closed in 1987. This is an impressive sculptural specimen of bubbly, botryoidal, lightly translucent, sea-green fluorite on just a bit of matrix. Two spots of bruising are noted, but are minimally detracting to this fine, unusual and rare specimen. It displays well without aid. SUPER fluorescence! Ex Bob Trimingham Collection.
