Item Description
Striking, spherical aggregates of boulangerite after sharp calcite rhombs form a dramatic, 3-dimensional, CABINET, specimen from Cavnic. The dark gray balls have moderate luster and are up to 3.0 cm wide. The matrix is highly lustrous, jet-black sphalerite and contrasting brassy chalcopyrite. Uncommon and excellent material from this locale from the Larry Krause Collection.
