Brazilianite (ex Rolando Gioia Collection)

Item Description

This is an attractive small cabinet specimen featuring sharp, lustrous, well-formed, gemmy, yellow green color crystals of Brazilianite measuring up to 5.6 cm with additional Brazilianites on bladed Albite matrix. The largest crystal is actually doubly-terminated, though it's difficult to see in the photos. The quality is good on this piece and it is rather aesthetic From the collection of Rolando Gioia (a contributor to new definitive book on Brazilian minerals: "Minerais e Pedras Preciosas do Brasil").
