Item Description
An exquisite Brazilianite thumnail from finds decades ago at the type locality, the Corrego Frio pegmatite in Brazil. The Brazilianite crystal is a gemmy to translucent, very lustrous, large single crystal with glowing yellow-green color. A great thumbnail with exquisite color, gemminess and aesthetics. Complete most of the way around except the bottom where it was contacted with Albite and one side is cleaved. These top examples of their species came out in the 1940's from this location and never again.
