Brookite on Quartz

Item Description

A stunning, cherry-red brookite crystal from recent finds in Pakistan. These bright red examples have set a new standard for the species. A 1.0 cm, striated blade with a phantom running the length of the crystal and a razor-sharp termination is aesthetically set in a "forest" of needle quartz crystals. A secondary overgrowth of sugary quartz is a nice accent. There are very few broken quartz crystals, for such dense coverage.
