Item Description
Bultfonteinite is a rare hydrated calcium silicate, with many of the finest examples coming from the famous N'Chwaning Mines. This is an extremly rare and extremely rich, sculptural mounded cluster of essentially solid lustrous, translucent, grayish lathes and needles of bultfonteinite crystals to about 6 mm. Top-flight, aesthetic and rare material from the Willy Israel Collection and purchased from Clive Queit in 1998.
