Spectacular display of divergent sprays of transparent to translucent, clear nail-head style Calcites of the style once thought to only come from 1800s-era English localities! The crystals are sharp, clean and have well defined pyramidal terminations with the largest crystal in the center measuring 2.7 x 1.6 x 6.5 cm. The majority of Calcites have a frosted or icy appearance. The center of the main display face is in excellent condition with the piece showing some edge wear and contacting. From a small and mostly unknown find of about 2015 making this a very uncommon location specimen for any Calcite collector. Location aside, it is a beautiful and highly architectural specimen!
