Item Description
A fanciful, 360-degree, three generation small cabinet calcite specimen from famous Santa Eulalia. One side hosts classic hematite-included dogtooth calcite crystals. The crest of the piece and the upper portion of the other side are covered with unusual, interesting looking, third generation clusters of knobby, cauliflower head-like calcite scalenohedrons. The base of this side is covered with small scalenohedrons. Ex Chad Dalrymple collection of Ardmore, Oklahoma who passed away in 1995. We recently obtained a portion of his collection. Chad acquired this interesting multi-generational calcite in December, 1994. Three distinctively different calcite types on this showy piece.
