Calcite

Item Description

Fascinating, and downright incredible, Calcite from an unknown locality in China. When I first saw it, the specimen reminded me af a fantastic Zincite: gemmy, sharp, good silky luster, and with a rich amber color. The crystals have appealing, and very interesting, triangular corners (modified by the cube, perhaps), and the largest ones average an impressive 1.5 cm across. Certainly, a very intersting and aesthetic Calcite, the likes of which I have not seen before.
