Item Description

A striking, showy and uncommon combination specimen from the famous Elmwood Mine. A gemmy and lustrous, 2.7 cm, mostly colorless calcite crystal, but having amber highlights, is jauntily perched on a knob of rubyjack sphalerites crystals. Richly and attractively scattered about are at least 15, classic, light purple fluorite cubes to 1.5 cm. Some cubes are interpenetrating twins and some are discrete, but ALL have included centers of snow-white barite! Very unusual and uncommon for the famed locale. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
