Item Description
A glassy, doubly terminated, calcite bowtie is very aesthetically perched on a shard of matrix on this really cute thumbnail from the famous Magma Mine. The calcite has wonderful translucency and nifty shimmer. Ex Jaime Bird Collection and comes with a De Natura/Les Presmyk label from the 1970s or 80s, when Les was the mine geologist. Which explains why the specific stope is known. Classic Magma calcite form and excellent material.
