A classic and dramatic large calcite from Tsumeb. Striking, intergrown, flattened calcite rhombs have fabulous, dense, stepped-growth. The translucent, lightly oxide-tinted rhombs have a glorious, shimmering effect from the myriad of faces. The corsage of smaller rhombs in the front is a super accent. Complete all-around and very nearly pristine, amazing for such a soft mineral. Trivial periphery wear is noted on the left side and there is trivial edge wear to the corsage. Very fine and excellent, large Tsumeb calcite. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON.
