Item Description
Two, intergrown, stellate clusters of very glassy, translucent, colorless, calcite scalenohedrons form a showy and excellent specimen from the famous mines at Taxco. The dogtooth crystals reach about 2.2 cm. It displays well from either side and this habit is fairly uncommon from here. Ex Karl Warning Calcite Collection and was a gift from Imelda and Jim Klein, after one of their Mexico trips in July, 1989.
