Pretty, glassy, translucent, calcite scalenohedrons to 4.1 cm richly and attractively cover the mounded matrix of highly lustrous, partially gemmy, rubyjack sphalerite crystals from the famous Tri-State District. Some of the calcites are doubly terminated. A fine 360-degree combination specimen, with only a few broken calcites on the periphery. Classic old-time material from the Rukin Jelks Collection.
