Item Description

This piece is from a fairly recent find at Chenzhou featuring, sharp, lustrous, gemmy, pseudo-pyritohedral, very light straw colored crystals on Quartz on matrix. The specimen is in great shape overall, and displays very well. The largest crystal measures 1.2 cm across, and would certainly make a good addition to a worldwide Calcite suite, or a collection of Chinese minerals. I have not seen many of these around, and this is one of the better pieces I have offered in the auctions in while.
