A beautiful sceptered crystal featuring a rhombic, vitreous, soft golden yellow Calcite sitting atop a white scalenohedral Calcite crystal from this famous area in the Upper Mississippi Valley lead-zinc district. The piece is in excellent condition, as the main (topmost) crystal is completely pristine, and has decent internal gemminess. Showy, classic and becoming much more difficult to find on the market these days.
