Calcite w/ Chlorite (Schlichter Coll.)

Item Description

Intergrown, blocky, translucent, calcite rhombs to 6.0 cm, preferentially coated with chlorite, form an aesthetic specimen from the Schlichter Collection. The display view is pristine, except for the bit of periphery wear on the lower left. The left edge of the large rhomb is contacted, but has no damage, per se. Calcites are seldom available from this locale and this is a good one.
