Item Description

Amidst a lot of average material, this is a superior quality, very aesthetic two-sided Cassiterite on muscovite from this famous locale, famous for Cassiterite, Aquamarine, Goshenite Beryl and Scheelite. The luster is phenomenal - the best jet black. One side of the mounded, rounded highly pearlescent platy muscovite wedge hosts a striking, single 3.5 cm ball-like cluster of splendent jet-black contact-twinned, tapered cassiterite blades. The other side and one end are nearly totally covered with more ball-like clusters of twinned cassiterite crystals. One side looks like it's worth $2500 and the other side looks like it's worth $2500. Two different styles for two different tastes in aesthetics! Does that make it worth double ???
