A fine combination specimen from the famous Mont Saint-Hilaire mine in Quebec, with a unusually sharp Catapleiite crystals! The excellent, unusually euhedral main crystal of Catapleite measures 1.4 cm across, and it has very good luster and attractive, stepped faces with hexagonal outlines. Nestled in matrix are other MSH minerals, including aegirine and possibly Pectolite. The isolation and habit of the main crystals give them fine aesthetics. A desirable combo piece from this famous locality.
