Item Description

Lustrous and translucent, pretty teal-blue, cavansite balls are beautifully scattered on this striking and excellent specimen from the famous Wagholi Quarry. The sculptural basalt matrix is covered with supremely complimentary pearlescent stilbite blades. The balls are up to 1.4 cm wide and many of the stilbites are doubly terminated. Few Wagholi cavansites have such dense coverage of larger stilbites and are highly desired. Classic combination material from the Paul Jung Collection. Valued at $600-800.
