Item Description

This famous Nova Scotia basalt zeolite locale has produced some of the world's finest examples of Chabazite and this is an elegant miniature. A 2.5 cm, sharp, highly lustrous, translucent, burnt-orange pseudorhombohedral crystal dominates the angled matrix basalt plate. Smaller chabazites and small pearlescent heulandites on the edges are fine accessories. Exceptional form and color on this classic miniature. It displays well from two directions.
