Beautiful robins egg-blue, lustrous to matte-finish bubbly chrysocolla botryoids cover the undulating matrix on this very colorful combination from this famous locale. The botryoids rest on a contrasting banded crust of green malachite, visible on the edges and on the few contacted botryoids. This classic combination material is from the extinct Star of the Congo Mine, worked intermittently by locals for mineral specimens.
