Citrine - large faceted gemstone (325 cts)

A surprise to auction! I had this once before, over ten years ago, from an estate collection. It is a lovely faceted 325 carat Citrine from Anahi, Bolivia. Definitely a collector 's piece as it is too big to be worn! Superbly cut, and from old rough from this famous mine, today more known for ametrine than citrine. the piece is gorgeous and sparkling in person, with a special hue. Origianlly valued in the old estate at $8000, and previously sold for $1255, the current owner has agreed to let it go out to auction at less than half of that to cull out some gems and move into minerals, so I put it out here again at a relative bargain! Starting bid is $600 for this consigned gemstone.
