Beautiful sky-blue edge phantoms and sharp interior phantoms highlight this pretty color-zoned fluorite from this well-known closed fluorite mine. The gem, very glassy, stepped-growth cube has mostly frosted faces with a few water-clear areas. Fluorite of this quality competes with those from the Le Beix Mine. Purple fluorescence. Self-collected by Paul Zerfass. The camera could not capture the true blue colors of the crystal. Classic Puy-de-Dome blue fluorite.
