Color-zoned Fluorite on Calcite (excellent)

A stunning, 3.7 x 3.7 x 3.5 cm, bi-colored fluorite cube is aesthetically set on an imposing bed of large dogtooth calcite crystals. The limpid, dramatically stepped-growth cube has gorgeous cyan-blue color strikingly complimented by the dark purple edge phantoms. The fluorite is nearly pristine, with just a bit trivial edge wear. The four calcites below the cube are pristine. The calcite tip on the right side of the fluorite has a cleaved tip. Modest purple fluorescence. This remains an outrageously fine and colorful fluorite combination specimen from this famous locale. Valued at $1500 and worth it.
